U get drafted by a team in the league, you play practice games against anyone and the gms basically pick the best 4 for the first line in a scheduled game in the league. each game is 4v4..

Just because you missed it doesnt mean you dont get drafted.
You just get a note or something from the GM that drafts you. If u get drafted that is.
